Payment information is handled by our payment processors. VLE does not knowingly store your full payment-card data on its own systems. Card processing is governed by the processor’s own terms and privacy practices.

Online payment processing will be handled by the payment provider connected to the VLE storefront. Card data is entered directly with that provider and is governed by its terms and privacy practices. In-store purchases may be processed through a separate point-of-sale provider.

We use the information collected to:

• respond to your inquiries and requests;
• process and fulfill orders and bookings;
• review artist, music, and business submissions;
• operate, maintain, and improve the website; and
• communicate with you about your submissions or orders.

Submitting a booking, contact, or artist inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Any marketing email requires separate, explicit consent.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, process payments, deliver orders, or provide hosting and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Each provider processes information only as necessary to deliver the applicable service.

We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to provide products and services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — typically up to seven (7) years for transaction records. Booking and inquiry records are retained for up to two (2) years. Privacy requests are retained for up to three (3) years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
