Orders placed through this site are subject to product availability and acceptance. Pricing and availability may change.

We strive to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. If an error occurs, we may decline or cancel an order and notify you. Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

All content on this site—including the VLE name, logo, graphics, product images, and text—is owned by or licensed to VLE Exclusive Apparels and may not be used without permission.

You may not use the site to infringe rights, transmit unlawful content, scrape data, interfere with security, or resell content without authorization.

When you submit content (including music, artist, or business materials), you represent that you have the rights to do so. You grant VLE a limited license to review and consider your submission for the purpose you intended.

Submitting music or artist materials does not guarantee a record deal, distribution, release, or any business outcome. Submissions are reviewed at VLE’s discretion.

Submitting a booking inquiry is a request only and does not create a confirmed booking. Any booking is subject to separate written agreement.

The site may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payment and streaming platforms). VLE is not responsible for their practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, VLE’s liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access or accounts for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful or abusive use.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and VLE Exclusive Apparels agree that the exclusive venue for any claim or proceeding is the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
